    After I signed up, clicked the confirm link in that email, on registration page my email looks like this:

    <script>MailGuard(‘myemail’,’gmail.com’)</script>

    and I cannot edit this form to change my email.

    I didn’t got the same issue as the one singing up for the free account.

    Basic info like this should be put on the setting page. My ebooks are sold at 99 Euro, therefore I want to limit the downloads to minimum so one purchase wont end up in maximum downloads for friends and family members!

    What would you recommend as minimum downloads to prevent sharing?

    In the meantime I will increase it to 5 to see if that solves the problem.

    Thanks wzp,

    It was two different users, as the shop is new there isn’t that many visitors yet but, a few free downloads in past 2 weeks and only this two complains. Everything worked for me while testing the shop after install.

    I have it set for 2 downloads, lasting for 12 hours. In both cases they got the blue screen with that error messages when they clicked the links.

    Will keep the debug on and get back here later on.

    Same issue here!

    I’m running all the latest and eStore is new on my site and I have not upgraded anything since I installed other than few plugins updates not related to eStore.

    “The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request.

    The problem was due to the following reason:

    The download link (see browser address bar) has been used too many times. If you think this reason is in error, please contact the site administrator.”

    Has happened two times in past three days where one was for free download.

    I have read all the posts mentioned in this threat and the ones linked to another threats but that didn’t answer my questions as I did a live purchase in debug mode, which worked 100% for me and here is the result (which I don’t understand):

    The coupon code can be applied this way but, how do I link it to only one special purchase but not all of them?

    If I use he variation for all three versions, print, CD and download and put the download URL, those who purchase the physical items, will they have access to the download?

    Added the text box and it works.

    Add to Cart still not working, just reloads the page without adding to the cart, how to solve that issue?

    I think the sidebar widget isn’t working either as it says:

    “Set the Plugin Settings from the Settings menu”

    To my knowledge I have already set it up in settings!

    Thanks, this solved my issues, the issue with the images was I forgot to add comma between URLs and is now solved.

    I have few more questions.

    I like to offer special deal on two books on check out when one special book is purchased, as I cannot see this option I wonder if that is possible?

    As I offer some books in print, on CD and digital download. I cannot see how to list all three within the same ID. Will I have to make a new ID for the download version? (I already did)

    As the Add To Cart button isn’t yet working I am not sure about the Variation.

    If printed version cost 10 and CD version 7, will I list the lowest price and then add the 3 to the printed version? Or use the right prices for each variation?

    Forgot this:

    For few of the books I have more than one image, when I click on the image they all open, when I click next, it just reloads for ever but, one book has only one extra image and in that case it opens like it should do.

    Is it possible to line up items other than as they are added e.g. ID 1, 2, 3 etc?

    Would be handy when there is a series to be able to add new item within the same series.
