MemberSomeone sent me this after trying to sign up for a free membership:
attempted to join twice today with no success. Just kept getting sent back to the point of entering the CAPTCHA code words with no insight into why I was unsucessful.
I cannot see anything wrong on my end, any ideas?

KeymasterHave you tested a signup yourself?

MemberAfter I signed up, clicked the confirm link in that email, on registration page my email looks like this:
<script>MailGuard(‘myemail’,’gmail.com’)</script>
and I cannot edit this form to change my email.
I didn’t got the same issue as the one singing up for the free account.

KeymasterOkay that proves that the user who complained wasn’t entering the captcha code correctly which is why he wasn’t allowed to register.
Now, regarding your other response… it looks like a JavaScript issue on the page. Please post the unique registration link that you received in your email so I can go to that page and check it.

MemberI found the issue, WP Email Guard http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-email-guard/ was the reason, it was protecting my email just as it is designed to do!
Any fix or similar plugin you can recommend to protect the emails?
