    I don’t. That’s the problem.

I have another website. As part of that website I have a WP blog. To access the blog, the following url is used:

    http://www.mydomain.com/blog

http://www.mydomain.com calls up the main page. There is a link on the website which call up the blog. I use the link above to make that call.

Now I’ve started a new website and thought I would set it up the same way, where http://www.mydomain.com

is the default page of the new website and

    http://www.mydomain.com/’name assigned to eStore’

would be the URL for the eStore order form page.

The default.php page was designed using DreamWeaver and is a working page on my other website. I made some content changes to it and uploaded it to my new website. When I enter my new website domain name, this page comes up and works fine.

Now, what URL do I use to call up the eStore?

I’m sorry. I’m not explaining myself very well. This is a new sight and the latest version of WP and WPeStore was installed last week. I watched the tutorials and looked at the documentation. The problem is all of the documentation assumes the eStore URL is http://www.’mydomainname’.com. But, for me that is not the case.

When the http://www.’mydomainname’.com is entered a web page called default.php that I designed appears; as I want it to. It is not part of WP or the eStore. By design, I don’t want the eStore to appear first. I want the eStore order form to appear when a customer clicks on one of the links that appear in default.php.

The trouble is I don’t know what URL to use for those links; the URL for the eStore. I want the the URL to look something like this: http://www.’mydomainname’.com/’eStore page’

How do I assign my eStore to a different URL than http://www.’mydomainname’.com?

    Hi Peter,

That doesn’t work either. Suppose I don’t have Cpanel, how do I perform a backup of my database and files before upgrading from 2.6.1 to 3.2.1?

I watch the tutorial. The only problem is I don’t have cPanel or if I do, it is well hid. I’ve looked everywhere on the server and I can’t find it let alone start it and use it. How do you initiate cPanel?

    Thanks
