In the log files this is what it says … just lots and lots of the same thing from the 50 million times I’ve attempted to download the file in a test purchase.

the file definitely exists and as i’ve said earlier, if i just type in the direct link to the file to download it pops up no problem.

Thank you for those articles; I have tried everything in the checklist of the one article and have attempted to test a product through the admin settings with the different download methods, but I keep getting the same error message everytime.
