“I hope you’re doing well today. After further review, it appears the issue you’re experiencing is due to the cookies’ dynamic nature. When we exclude cookies from caching, our system looks for a specific cookie name. Since the name of this cookie is a random alpha-numeric string, we are unable to exclude the cookie permanently. If the cookie begin with the same alpha-numeric string or started with the same word or phrase, we could exclude it with better results.”
In secure page alphanumeric cookies is not working

How to change alphanumeric cookies to character only. Because “https://wpengine.com/” hosting is not supported
Hi sir i am fixed cookies issue. When i generated url form “Generate an Encrypted download link for a Product” in “wp estore”-> “admin function” encryption link working fine But after purchase not working.

mean whenever admin is logged in wp store the url is working but when open without then it not working.
Hi i created new product and new page. But still facing same issue.
Digital page url is “aprtps://terranova.org/testsept” or “aprtps://terranova.org/testsept/”
and uncheck “downloadable”.
Note is working when admin login otherwise not working.
