Hi i created new product and new page. But still facing same issue.

What exactly do you mean by that? Are you saying it only works for the WP site administrator, when they are logged into the site; at the time the link is used?

Do you have any cookie issue on your site? Is it preventing a cookie from dropping when you are not logged into the site as admin? This “Pay Per View” feature requires the cookie to be working fine on your site. So if you have another plugin that is preventing cookie from working correctly for normal visitors, you would see an issue similar to what you explained.

How to change alphanumeric cookies to character only. Because “https://wpengine.com/” hosting is not supported

This is a little odd. Standard PHP supports alphanumeric names for cookie. Also, I remember seeing some other users from wpengine who have used this feature in the past. So I don’t understand why it wouldn’t work.

When we exclude cookies from caching, our system looks for a specific cookie name. Since the name of this cookie is a random alpha-numeric string, we are unable to exclude the cookie permanently. If the cookie begin with the same alpha-numeric string or started with the same word or phrase, we could exclude it with better results.”

The hosting provider is using some kind of server-side (not a WP plugin) caching? Are you able to find out what software it is?
