The incorrect address is [dan@veteranswebdesign.com]
DanBoutellMemberNo. There are no subscriptions involved. The website customers are just there to purchase keys and key sets.
DanBoutellMemberI only have one PayPal account in the PayPal Gateway tab.
I just got another payment in MY (not my customers) Paypal account that should have went to my customers Paypal account. Strange thing is that it is from the exact same person who earlier had a payment go to the wrong Paypal account.
DanBoutellMemberThe first instance was six different items on Aug 16. 1 – E25; 1 – F10; 1 – F13; 2 – F21; 3 – F4; 2 – F9.
The second instance was on item on Aug. 17. 2 – F29.
I don’t know what else I can tell you.
DanBoutellMemberNo, that field is empty.
DanBoutellMemberNo, I said that it has been working since April with no issues. It is just in the last few days that this problem occurred.
If you would like to test it, the site address is beachslock.com The item that failed is on Fire Alarm Keys, Product F29. If you need to have access to anything, I will give you what you need.
DanBoutellMemberI don’t quite understand how it could be a cached page in that customers are accessing the shopping cart from all over the internet.
I do know which product and page that it happened from and I have tried to replicate it with just one of the products. One instance was with a single product, the other instance was with five products.
In the instance where there was just one product involved the customer using the shopping cart reported that he had noticed it strange that shipping was not added. (Sorry that I didn’t include that additional information in my original post.) The box IS checked to use Paypal shipping charges.
Then strange thing is that this cart has been working without incident since about the first of April.
Will you need access to the database?
