Yes, we are using subscription payments.

Please let me know if you want me to check anything specific in the settings.

Yes that addon is active, “Affiliate WP Simple Pay Integration, Addon for integrating affiliate platform with the WP Simple Pay for Stripe Plugin. Version 1.2 | By Tips and Tricks HQ”

We are using a paid version of the plugin. “WP Simple Pay Pro 3”
