WP Simple Pay for Stripe and Affiliate Platform Integration

I followed the steps here and the plugin is tracking clicks but not tracking the sales after successful payment.

WP Simple Pay for Stripe and Affiliate Platform Integration

We have implemented the plugin here:

Click “Get started”, choose a plan and make a payment (We will refund this). It is tracking the clicks/visits to this page but, the successful payment is not tracked and commission is adding up.

WordPress version 4.9.9

You have the simple pay integration addon active also right?

Can you please enable the debug option in the affiliate plugin then do an affiliate referred test transaction? Share the log file content so I can see if our plugin is receiving the transaction notification afterwards.

It doesn’t look like our plugin is getting any notification after a sale. Also, you didn’t answer my following question:

You have the simple pay integration addon active also right?

Did you download the addon from the following page?

Are you using their free version or paid version of the plugin?

We are using a paid version of the plugin. “WP Simple Pay Pro 3”

Can you please ask their support if any of their following action hooks get triggered in Simple Pay Pro 3?

sc_after_charge

Our plugin listens to those hooks for payment notification. It writes to the log file when that hook notification is received. At the moment there is nothing in the log file from the handler of those hooks so our plugin is not getting any notification from simple pay after payment.

We are already using the “simpay_charge_created” hook that is from that page. But we receive no notification on that hook.

Are you using subscription payments?
