Ok thanks guys, I’ll see what Paypal said and update this if I find a solution.
And if you read the full post you would see I have already figured out what the failure reason is, i.e. the reason ‘unilateral’ which according to your documentation means the email address for paypal doesn’t exist or isn’t setup. Its been over 48 hours and the buyer payment status is still ‘unclaimed’,the seller still does not have an order confirmation email (only the order email, yet under the account there are NO pending payments), nor do I as a buyer have the confirmation email. I assume thats not right!
It would be great if you try and help, without assuming I haven’t even bothered to work it out for myself and pasting what I have already seen in the email.
