    Hi,

I am using WP 4.6 (we had more trouble when we updated to 4.6.1 – we reverted to 4.6 – suggestion made from our host, the eStore plugin Version 7.4.1 and the PDF Stamper Version 4.5.3., and our website has a custom made bootstrap theme.

We are selling pdf files. The payment goes through just fine. An email is received with a link. There is an error right after the link:

(Error code: PDF01). Perform a manual stamping and make sure the PDF stamper is working on your server.

I have tested the manual stamping and it works fine. I have also checked the debug log in the PDF Stamper:

[10/01/2016 6:29 AM] – SUCCESS :Processing file stamping request via internal API.

[10/01/2016 6:29 AM] – SUCCESS :Autoloading library for stamping process

    [10/01/2016 6:29 AM]

When the link from the email is clicked to download the pdf this error comes up:

The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request.

The problem was due to the following reason:

Error! The product ID value is not numeric. WP eStore’s product ID must be a numeric value. Please contact site admin.

I have also uploaded fresh copies of both of the plugins and it did not make a difference.

This is our product page(not visible on the nav bar):

We are using Stripe for our payment gateway(it is live.)

We had the paid products working fine and the pdfs downloading and we added free downloadable pdfs – using the Extra Shortcodes for WP eStore Version 5.1.4 addon and the eStore Members Only Download Button Version 1.1 when I messed up everything.

I have deactivated the addons and uploaded fresh copies of the eStore and PDF Stamper and you see the errors that we are getting above.

Any help would be appreciated! I would very much like to be able to have this working. I seem to have struggled a lot with it. Have been reading the forum and trying what I can to make it work.

If you have any questions that I can answer for you please let me know.

    Thank you in advance.

    Violeta
