Figured it out! The WordPress migration tool apparently copied over all the WP estore tables with correct names… but mysteriously with no data in them. We manually copied over the directory and now everything works as intended! Thanks for your help and for a great plugin. We’ve been using it for over 10 years and it’s truly the best.
I don’t think we renamed anything, and my recollection the last time we did this was that everything just worked. We’ll try to track down what’s different, but right now our admin is claiming that nothing’s changed (other than the version of WordPress on the new machine.)
