I downloaded the website and ran a search on the code for get_bloginfo(‘siteurl’) and get_bloginfo(“siteurl”). I found one instance of this in a plugin. I deactivated and deleted that plugin to ensure that wasn’t conflicting with the WP Affiliate Custom Registration Fields. After that I cleared the cache in my browser and changed the salts in the wp-config file.

After these changes I am still getting the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I tried a different browser (Chrome and FireFox) but still have the same affect.

I also tried using PHP 5.2, 5.3, 5.6, 7.0 and 7.1, all will the same results.

Some additional information. I disabled all other plugins except the WP Affiliate and WP Affiliate Custom Registration Fields and I switched over to the 2016 theme to make sure nothing else was interfering.

Sorry for the delay, been a busy week.

I reinstalled the plug-in but had the same results. So I turned on the wp-debug and here is the result I got from that:
