I purchased this plugin last night and today after I installed it I clicked on settings to add the additional fields, but I keep getting the message
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
The URL is ropebat.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_aff_cci_settings_page
I am using WordPress 4.9.6, WP Affiliate Platform 6.1.6 and WP Affiliate Custom Registration Fields 1.1.
I tried disabling all but the WooCommerce plug-ins and the WP affiliate plugins but that didn’t resolve the error.
Any thoughts as to what I need to do to make this work?
June 15, 2018 at 6:57 pm #78019wzpModeratorPlease try this to load a fresh copy of the WP Affiliate plugin:

Let us know if you still see the same issue after that.
June 27, 2018 at 3:03 am #78020ccwizardsSpectatorSorry for the delay, been a busy week.
I reinstalled the plug-in but had the same results. So I turned on the wp-debug and here is the result I got from that:
Notice: get_bloginfo was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.2.0! The siteurl option is deprecated for the family of bloginfo() functions. Use the url option instead. in /home/ropebatc/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4032

June 27, 2018 at 3:33 am #78021ccwizardsSpectatorSome additional information. I disabled all other plugins except the WP Affiliate and WP Affiliate Custom Registration Fields and I switched over to the 2016 theme to make sure nothing else was interfering.
June 27, 2018 at 4:23 pm #78022ccwizardsSpectatorI downloaded the website and ran a search on the code for get_bloginfo(‘siteurl’) and get_bloginfo(“siteurl”). I found one instance of this in a plugin. I deactivated and deleted that plugin to ensure that wasn’t conflicting with the WP Affiliate Custom Registration Fields. After that I cleared the cache in my browser and changed the salts in the wp-config file.
After these changes I am still getting the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
I tried a different browser (Chrome and FireFox) but still have the same affect.
I also tried using PHP 5.2, 5.3, 5.6, 7.0 and 7.1, all will the same results.
June 27, 2018 at 11:50 pm #78023adminKeymasterYou usually get the following error when you are trying to access an admin menu of a plugin that is deactivated:
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
I will take a look inside your site and see what I can find. I have sent you an email for it.
