Thanks for the reply.

reading through the link you gave me on the problem plugins I saw it mentioned Mailchimp. I had a Mailchimp signup form embedded on the side bar and the footer when I hide them from the page … both the shopping Cart and the Light box effect now work.

Is it better to use the signup form that I see comes with eStore?

I have tried switching to the default Theme option. Still the variations in my case, the prices are not being added to the cart … still just adding the base price.

Here is what I have entered in the Variations options: Size|Small 8.5X11|Medium 11X17:6

I’m using WP 3.5 and eStore:Version v6.9.6.7

P.S. on a side note the thumbnail light-box does not work when you click on the image, so I hope these are related somehow.
