Ivy, Latest update fixed the problem! It also has additional features that I wanted. Thanks for your great support!

bryansMemberHi Ivy,
I did put 1000 in and it still had the problem. Once you enter the coupon code once you can’t come back later to place a new order or change anything and get the discount. It will just say you can only use the coupon once. Even if you exit and come back. It seems that you have one shot to get it right and that’s it.
Thanks,
Bryan
bryansMemberIvy,
Well, I actually have taken it off for now and am using an aweber form and encrypted link, created with your software, for the download.
I was using exec-php to place the form in a widget. Do you think possibly that could have been the problem? I have disabled it for now.
anyway my url is http://www.ifhpro.com
Thanks,
Bryan
bryansMemberHi Ivy, Actually I was using the ajax form. I tried the other one as well. Both work except they do not subscribe the user to the aweber list.
As i said I know that part works, because it will sign them up when making a purchase from the cart.
Thanks,
Bryan Smith
bryansMemberThat solved that problem! But, now when I click on the download link, it says file can’t be found.
I removed the htaccess, htpasswd, and the index file temporarily and pasted the url in the browser, then I could download it.
So, evidently I’m missing something here. Do I need to set the password somewhere? Or do you have any other ideas.
bryansMemberWell, when I set things back up for real payments (not sandbox), once again, no delivery. In reading the error log it looks like it is trying to use what was my primary paypal email address, which was different than the payment email address setup in eStore, and the log says “failure invalid seller”, Though I do receive payment, it just does not deliver the product.
I have set the payment email address as primary in paypal now. Do you think this was the problem? I don’t really want to go live until I know it’s working.
As I said before, when using sandbox, and using 2 fake accts. it worked fine. I received payment and received the product on the other end.
bryansMemberWell, I was successful in setting up the sandbox, and everything worked. I got the email and the download link. However, the download link was wrong. I had to use the “generate encrypted link” feature in the plugin, replace the url in the product details, then it worked fine and I was able to download the product.
I don’t know why the first test did not send an email, but sometimes they do get stuck in cyber space for a while. I guess we’ll see if it ever comes through.
Where do I find the file that the debug feature generates?
Thanks,
Bryan Smith
bryansMemberThe payment was accepted and received (confirmation email). The customer did not receive an email with download link.
I will have to try the debug option, once I set up a sandbox acct.
Thanks
