I responded to your email, but I just discovered the root of the problem and have successfully paid out all of my affiliate commissions! YEA!

I neglected to notice that the UserID I was entering on the manually entered pay outs was slightly different than the actual UserID of the affiliate records. I guess it’s key that ALL MUST MATCH PERFECTLY.

Yes and… yes. All dates are properly entered. Remember, I have one affiliate who is showing up on the report who is being paid out because their link was used. The others were manually entered and not showing up on the report. All of the payouts should have occurred in the same exact week. I’ve checked and double checked; sorry if this sounds a bit frustrating, but it is for me as I’d love to pay them using the system process and I’m 2 weeks late on the September rewards. You can imagine the calls I’m getting.

I’m using a Premium StudioPress theme (don’t know if that makes a difference) and I’m not a programmer (don’t speak HTML). Thanks again for your effort to help! ~ Beth

Great suggestion; as a matter of fact, I had forgotten to check that. Now that I’ve revisited it, most of them already had the email address in their PayPal field. As I’ve filled in the “blanks” and reprocessed it, it still doesn’t want to recognize those who have commissions coming to them that I manually entered commissionable sales. Still on the hunt for a fix; any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! ~ Beth
