Hi:
I conducted my Sandbox test and the system sent an email to my test Sandbox account, but when I tried an actual purchase, the transaction went through ok, even sending me back to the Thank You page on my site, but it never sent out an email from the eStore plugin to let me know how I could download the file.
This is a big problem since many of my consumers may make their purchase on their smartphone or iPad device, but wait to get home and download the zip file on their computer.
Please advice on how this can be corrected.
