A few days ago my instillation of the Estore pluging stopped registering new sales in the “manage customers” section, and hasn’t sent out a single email for either downloads or new member registration. I’ve re-installed the plugin twice, and triple checked all the settings, as well as checked my mail server to make sure everything is running properly, and it’s still not working.
Run a test transaction with debug option enabled and it will reveal what is going wrong:

the system won’t let me run a transaction as the only paypal account I have is my own and that’s in use as the seller account.

Turn debug on anyway and we should still have something to look at whenever anybody else attempts a purchase.
Hi:
I conducted my Sandbox test and the system sent an email to my test Sandbox account, but when I tried an actual purchase, the transaction went through ok, even sending me back to the Thank You page on my site, but it never sent out an email from the eStore plugin to let me know how I could download the file.
This is a big problem since many of my consumers may make their purchase on their smartphone or iPad device, but wait to get home and download the zip file on their computer.
Please advice on how this can be corrected.
