Thanks, but this bulk operation doesn’t help me because it change level to ALL members of that level, while I would want:
1. select level
2. select SOME members one by one
3. change level in a bulk only for those who has been selected
At the moment I have to enter in every member profile and change level there, but it’s very time consuming…
thanks
assinewsMemberThank you for your reply.
So… I can’t use this addon because I need to update programatically the custom fields
August 26, 2016 at 2:41 pm in reply to: eMember – Upgrade to New Membership Level while logged in #55720assinewsMemberHi,
I’ve tried to use the redirect link when someone wants to upgrade his account, as your indications in the last post
[wp_eMember_upgrade_membership_level_to level=”2″ redirect_to=”url-of-the-page” button_text=”Put Whatever Here”]
but it doesn’t work, there isn’t any redirect. Your last post is quite old (1 year ago), in the meanwhile something has changed?
Because I’ve noticed that the actual code is a little different, without commas around the level number, for example.
[membership-upgrade-level-button level=8 redirect_to=”http://www.assinews.it/registrazione-completata/” button_text=”Clicca qui per attivare il livello MENSILE” ]
thank you very much!
assinewsMemberOk, but I don’t understand the difference within levels and content permissions: I’m using section protection in this way: [emember_protected for=”6-5-9″]
6-5-9 are level numbers that define 3 different type of contents. Can I create other membership levels to have multiple subscriptions terms without changing the shortcode? I’ve already used the same shortcode on hundreds of articles!
Thanks
assinewsMemberThanks for your reply, but I would like to set the expiry date in case my customer (for a lot of reasons) had less than 365 days… and the number of days could be different for everyone
