hi thank you for the reply, i don’t have any transactions being run through the plugin. Any other reason why they would just randomly switch to inactive?

I am having the same issue. Every few months some members go inactive even though the account is set to never expire. They are not upgrading or changing thier account details since i don’t give them access to that. Any ideas?

Its not working on theme header.php file? I need to set other menu instead of default menu after login, so i need to know is_member_logged_in ?

How can i know is_member_logged_in on theme header.php file
