Hi. I’m back. It’s not working again. This time it’s a new product, but same problem. Here’s the link: http://www.messycanvas.com/free-messy-canvas-e-book/

It seemed to be working fine at first, but today a lot of people have been having issues. I even tried to download it myself and never received an email in my inbox, spam folder or otherwise.

I’d like to try and take care of the issue, because I have some blogger marketing for this e-Book that is going to occur in the weeks and months to come, which could be pushing a lot more traffic to this free download. I would hate to have customers missing out on my e-Book.

I changed it to the ajax shortcode and tried it and it worked for me! Yea, I’m thrilled. I’ll report back if my customers have issues, but it looks like you solved the problem. Thank you once again for your awesome customer support!
