@Codegirl, I am a bit surprised with this one. I personally use these plugins and couldn’t think of a reason why they would slow the site down but it won’t be hard to pin point issue.
Can you please post a link to your site so I can analyze it with Yahoo YSlow.
I will try a few things outlined here:
amin007ParticipantYou can setup a subscription payment with trial option by configuring a subscription payment button. The following URL should explain:
How to Add/Create a Subscription Button for Recurring Payment
I have modified the eStore so it doesn’t require any manual file change for WishList Integration. This link should explain:
If you don’t see the integration option specified in that URL in your settings menu then please let us know and we will send you an update.
amin007ParticipantIt seems like the database columns are not matching when you go to insert or edit a coupon. I suspect you didn’t do a deactivation and reactivation of the eStore plugin after you did an update of the plugin. Please try deactivating and reactivating then add a coupon. Let me know if it makes any difference.
amin007ParticipantI don’t think you have any problem if the plugins are active and the buttons are displaying fine. You can always do a test transaction to be more certain though.
amin007ParticipantYes the subscription payments configured through the wp eStore plugin credit affiliates each and every billing cycle.
Yes, you can tweak the eStore to make it so affiliates only get a one time payment?
amin007ParticipantAll the images are stored in the images directory of the plugin
amin007ParticipantThere is no issue with the 2.9.2 WordPress upgrade as I have tested it already
Did you check the checboxes for “Upgrade these plugins too” option? Remember, you won’t be able to upgrade WP eStore from the WordPress.org server as it is not hosted there.
amin007ParticipantBefore you try the encrypted link did you make sure that that link you specified in the “Digital Product URL” section of the product is correct (make sure there are no typo)?
amin007ParticipantThis is because you do not have the “Downloadable” checkbox checked in the “Digital Product Details” section of the product. If you read the help text for that field it will explain the differences.
amin007ParticipantI am not familiar with the “Subscribe 2 plugin” but I was aussuming that they would have a shortocode that you can place on a page that lets the visitor manage their subscription? Then you could place this shortcode on the “Edit Profile” page but if that plugin do not have any shotcode then I am not sure how you can do this.

amin007ParticipantNot sure I understand you correctly… do you mean that the subscription preferences option for “subscribe2 plugin” can be modified from the eMember profile page?
If thats what you are after then couldn’t you place a shortcode (from the subscribe2 plugin) in the profile page which lets the member update the subscription option?
amin007ParticipantThe session should not conflict if it does it’s not hard to fix.
Do you think you can send me a link to your affiliate signup/login page so I can try to recreate this issue?
The other thing is that I couldn’t find your email address in my customer database so please send an email with your PayPal email address and transaction ID to “tipsandtricks.hq[at]gmail.com so we can verify the purchase.
amin007ParticipantGood to hear that it’s working. I am not sure what the status of your PayPal profile is but by default the plugin has been developed to work with the default settings of PayPal profile. The following URL should explain more:
