Now, after using auo-downgrade function for almost a year, I have another question:
It seems that, when membership for paid users expired, they did not get downgraded to the lower level. At least, when I go the membership tab, it show that user are still at the higher (paid) level but their account state is “expired”. They do not have access to paid content (that is good) and they can re-enable their paid access by making a new payment. All is somewhat good so far. Question:
1. Is auto-downgrade plug-in supposed to make paid account expire or push the membership level to the lower level? I was expecting that all members, when membership expires, would be automatically pushed to a lower level and flagged that as such in admin tab. Why all expired members are still shown at paid membership level but with expired status?
2. From the admin tab, is there a way to do a bulk action and push selected members to a lower level?
Thanks
alexmilerSpectatorIs there any update on this and in regards to Form Builder?
alexmilerSpectatorWhile looking at this problem, can you please look at “terms and conditions” not showing up on the form when using Form Builder? Or, should I open a new ticket for that particular problem?
alexmilerSpectatorDo you have plans to support Google reCaptcha v2 knowing that the old one (currently used by eMember) is been compromised and proven not to prevent the spam activity? Using the simple one, as indicated above, is not what users would like to do but rather use the more robust one to protect their websites from spammers
alexmilerSpectatorHello wzp, site is [www.dunlacetennis.com] and test username/password is test/test. Please visit edit profile page and, at the bottom, you will see that recapcha shows up the same way as it show on the Join page.
alexmilerSpectatorI will provide a test member info as soon as I deploy a web site from the localhost. But, what I see is recapcha at the bottom of the form when I am on edit profile page.

alexmilerSpectatorI am using a Form Builder for the form. I am not using the addon but rather built-in captcha. Where exactly is the enable for recapcha in the plugin setup other than in the tab where you enable it for the sign-up form?
