Thanks for the reply … As mentioned in my original question, my problem did seem to be an incompatibility with the Hueman Theme. I was hoping there was a work around.

Since it has been three years since the post you pointed to and the problem still exists, I suspect that I will need to get a refund for my purchase and find a different ecommerce solution.
