WordPress 4.7.5 running Hueman theme all updates are current. Everything is updated to current version.
I just purchases eStore. Upload and Activation completed successfully with no errors.
Following the quick start. I can add a cart button to a page, but when I add the short code for products it is not recognized as a short code.
When I click the button on the page editor I get the following error list:
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘ot_add_xml_to_upload_filetypes’ not found or invalid function name in /home/tfahouston/public_html/tfa/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 298
The problem I am having seems to be an incompatibility with the Hueman Theme. Is this a know problem? Is there any work around for it?
May 30, 2017 at 12:05 pm #75738wzpModeratorThere is a known conflict, with this theme:

May 30, 2017 at 12:51 pm #75739alexisMemberThanks for the reply … As mentioned in my original question, my problem did seem to be an incompatibility with the Hueman Theme. I was hoping there was a work around.
Since it has been three years since the post you pointed to and the problem still exists, I suspect that I will need to get a refund for my purchase and find a different ecommerce solution.
May 30, 2017 at 12:58 pm #75740wzpModeratorAs stated in the referenced thread, the issue is with the OptionTree framework used by the theme; which is beyond our control. As suggested in the thread; you should contact either the theme or framework developer. If you choose to pursue a refund, please use our contact form, and the appropriate person will contact you:
May 30, 2017 at 11:51 pm #75741adminKeymasterIf this was an issue with our plugin then we would have fixed it already.
You can use our following free addon for inserting eStore shortcodes. This addon uses a different technique for the inserter so you shouldn’t see the same issue with that theme:
