So there is no way to check other than the real money?

I actually want to check the following two things

1- If the email things is working?

2- What fields would be in the registration form, the link of which the user will get after successful payment.

Right now, in sandbox, I can make a successful payment but that won’t let me go to the registration page for that particular user.

In other words, the user won’t get registered even after making a payment.
