With Rich help, I seem to figure it out now. (Totally thanks to Rich for the ‘Subtotal’ change and Ivy and the gang for the fix of my first problem).
Without you guys, I just can’t seem to know what to do.
Thank you.
For others who need this ‘Subtotal’ fix, please refer to the link below.

Thank you very much for your answer.
I have one more question. Is it possible for me to config the commission award to only awarded by me, not automatically, in every payment method?
Can I just fix the way the eShop calculate the total amount by myself? If possible, it’s going to be a lot less complicate because I’m not really sure if Rich will take a look on my request or not – or if yes, I still don’t know when. Would you mind to just point me out where should the code be and let me handle the less by myself?
Thank you.
December 13, 2010 at 6:14 am in reply to: The plugin won't award Commission Fee but it collects the click! #27267AekioMemberI’ve done the upgrade and it seems to see some advances now.
However, the new issues are happen. The first one is whenever I try the full shopping cart and choose to pay via Cash or Bank Transfer option, the commission will automatically added to the affiliate even if the buyer doesn’t pay for the item yet. This is going to be serious problem later.
For the Paypal payment, everything seems to work fine. The commission added automatically after the customer paid their money.
The second issue I want to ask for help is, are there anyway to not include the shipping fee in the total cost before deducting the commission? Now, the commission is based on the total cost + shipping fee. My website ships world wide and the shipping fee is kinda expensive, some item raise up to $30 USD. If I allow the shipping fee to be also counted for the commission, I’m sure will lost a fortune. This problem occurs both when the customer choose Paypal as the payment method or even the automatically commission awarded of the Cash and Bank option at the moment.
Thank you very much for your help.

December 11, 2010 at 5:22 am in reply to: The plugin won't award Commission Fee but it collects the click! #27263AekioMemberHave already upgraded the plugin but still nothing good happen. I still can manually award commission using the form under ‘Sale Data’ menu. I’m I doing something wrong here? I don’t really sure what to put in ‘Item ID’ field. Is it a code I use for the product? Let just say the product’s sku that I have to fill when I add the new product with eShop?
Please do kindly help me out. I really have to fix this in hurry for my shop to be opened in time.
Thank you.
December 11, 2010 at 4:53 am in reply to: The plugin won't award Commission Fee but it collects the click! #27262AekioMemberOoppps, It’s my fault. I use eShop by Rich along with wp affiliate platform and I’ve already followed the eShop integrate instruction by downloading and activating the integrating plugin.
I have just purchased my wp-affiliate plugin yesterday so I don’t think I do need to upgrade anything. But as you mentioned, I will request the upgrade and let you know if that fix.
Thank you very much, amin007
