Hello, according to the pdf about shortcuts

Why in a page [wp_eStore_subscribe_fancy id=9] displays correctly what it has to but not [wp_eStore_subscribe:product_id:9:end] ?

Those are two different shortcodes that are suppose to do two different things.

Does it look like the ones shown on the eStore demo page and in the subscription button tutorial?

If not, can you provide a link please, to a test page on your site?

One of the shortcodes you entered on that page is wrong (it has a few typos in it). Copy and paste the following shortcode then use it:

    [wp_eStore_subscribe:product_id:9:end]

Please have a look as it still does not works with your syntax (Have tried a lot different ones ) I mean, copy paste, manual written as the last one with a mistake sorry but still do not works, and the subscribe product exists as formerly displayed the fancy way.

ANd for sure, last version of all wordpress 3.8 , WP eStore Settings v 7.0.5 and WP eMember v8.8.0

Is this a wordpress page where you add content in the WordPress editor or are those “Text Widgets”?

Okay, I know what the issue is. That other shortcode is not rendering on your front page. I will work on it and get back to you with an update.

I have sent you an update via email. Use the following shortcode for subscription button going forward:

    [wp_eStore_subscribe_button id=2]

    Hi there,

I’m not sure I’m hijacking this post or whether it’s the right one or not but the ‘subscribe’ button isn’t working for me.

By that, I mean, I’m using the shortcode: [wp_eStore_subscribe:product_id:9:end] and it showing me a subscribe box that is just a box and is quite boring really.

I’m hoping you can see it here – [http://www.denisefay.com/look-over-your-shoulder-copy-critique-monthly-support/]

I’ve used [wp_eStore_subscribe_button id=2] but that is just coming up as code.

Can you help me with the button? Is there another one I can use?

    Many thanks,

    Denise

Hi, can you please install a fresh copy of the plugin and see how it goes?

    Hi there,

Will installing a fresh copy remove all the code that I’ve set up? I’ve had to create original thank you emails in the code because following the instructions wouldn’t work?

And what about all the other products and squeeze pages set up? Will they automatically come back? I might sound like a novice but I’m after spending time working on it and don’t want it to break again.

    If that makes sense.

    Thanks,

    Denise

Hi there, me again. I just checked. I’m using v7.0 – is that the latest?

    Many thanks,

    Denise
