How do I change the first picture (the one they click on to come in to the gallery)?
The plugin automatically sets this thumbnail.
We may add a setting in a future release which allows the user to be able to choose which image can represent the gallery.

December 16, 2014 at 12:33 am #60026SofthehsMemberHi.
Have uploaded — after a deal of problems — 5 large hi-res digital images that range between about 8mb and 12 mb each.
The bulk uploader would not work (followed the zip file instructions but did not work). I followed all instructions and got the zip ftp’d but it would not open in the plugin itself!)
Eventually I got these images into the media library and have tried adding images both individually, or all at once, from the media library to the gallery using the plugin options. The plugin fails to load the images even though it states that the gallery has uploaded the image/s… they simply do not appear in the gallery after ‘save’.
This has so far taken several hours of frustration and affecting the delivery to schedule for the client of the complete gallery.
ALSO we note that the only image that has so far been ‘accepted’ by the gallery (a smaller imageabout 2.5mb) whilst appearing to show ok — can be ‘right clicked’ to view background image and it shows the full-size image… Obviously especially with the large images if — we can ever get then uploaded to the plugin — we would rather that this was not possible to do. Can ‘view background images’ be modded so that it does not show full size image (which are very large in some cases dimensions 10,000 px plus)
Soonest reply appreciated
December 16, 2014 at 12:47 am #60027PeterMemberMight be best if I took a look at your site.
I’ll email you for login details.

The official full-sized images are actually protected and cannot be accessed via the browser. The only images which can be accessed when right-clicking are the watermarked versions, ie, “zoom” and “watermark”.
Can you explain exactly how you claim to be able to access the full-sized non-watermarked images?
April 19, 2015 at 11:47 am #60029monsterfulphotocomMemberhi,
i am having loads of problems with photoseller too, whis is frustrating for me and my customers.. probably loosing most of them as i write here…
i’ve been trying to upload images to gallery thru photoseller gallery uploader, but it automaticly loads images onto media library.. and then it takes ages for images to appear as thumbnais, but once pressed on them it says page was not found…
so how do i pload images not using media library? and how do i make it all work as it is urgent.
