Hi – My shopping cart total is not updating correctly anymore. When a customer changes a quantity and hits Update Cart, it correctly refreshes the item quantity and the line item subtotal $ amount, but it does not refresh the Cart subtotal dollar amount. So when a customer changes from qty 2 to qty 1 they can see the change from 9.98 to 4.99 at the line item level. but down below, in the cart total area, they will see that the amount due is still 9.98.
Another new issue I just noticed with the shopping cart is that when looking at items in the cart, the item ID number is now missing. Only the generic description from the Price List (i.e. Print 4×6) is there, next to the thumbnail image.
The shopping cart has been working correctly until now. I recently installed a fresh version of the WP Photoseller plugin. I don’t know if the recent install caused the problem, or if there is another factor causing it. I just tried updating my site to the latest WordPress version just in case that was the issue, but that didn’t help. Thanks in advance for your help.

November 9, 2016 at 11:30 pm #74563AndiMemberAdditional note: The discount $ amount does not update. Original shopping cart had 14 items @ 4.99 each. Customer changed it to 11 items, which was refreshed at the line item level. The 10% discount should have been $5.49, but because the cart amount is not being refreshed, the cart retained the discount on the original 14 items ($6.99 off). Interestingly, the customer was only charged in PayPal for 11 photos, the correct number, however they still received the higher discount $ that was applied to the original 14 items.

Please disregard my other question about missing item ID numbers. A repeat customer mentioned to me that they could not see the item ID numbers in their shopping cart. I assumed this was something new and possibly related to the Update Cart issue, but I understand now that item ID numbers are not supposed to appear in the cart. My mistake for thinking that was an error. All issues resolved. Thanks again!
