    We have reviewed the entire forum but still not found the solution to our problem.

    Description of the problem:

    After making a purchase of a digital photo with paypal, we do not receive the confirmation email with the download link or some other mail (paypal notice of payment received correctly).

    Tried with another form of payment (oflline) and works well.

    Settings and Action Taken:

    Paypal IPN configured correctly.

    Put the Paypal IP’s to server whitelist.

    In the Plugin we made adjustments according to the proper activation instructions.

    Results so far:

    The error log paypal says:

    Notification URL: [http://www.mauroendaraonline.com/?page_id=55]

    HTTP response code: 503

    Delivery status: Retrying

    No. of retries: 9

    That usually means that PayPal is failing to communicate with your server and send the IPN. Do you have any firewall setup for this site? Have you installed any security plugin?

    When I go to the URL of your site, I see nothing but a background and some text in the header. Is your site fully functional?

    We have exactly the same issue here. We received payments from Germany but no notifications from the plug-in. Afterwards we tested with two different PayPal accounts from the Netherlands (national) and everything went ok. We have international sales enabled.
