We are running When in a specific gallery and you click on an image in the gallery it is not linking to the details page it just reloads the gallery page. Any help is appreciated. Here is our website and a gallery where you can see the issue.
[http://mocountyillinois.com/new-site/media/photogallery/gallery9/] I added some CSS customization to hover over the thumbnail but it was all working fine until yesterday. These customizations have been in effect for weeks.
February 8, 2014 at 11:34 pm #60728adminKeymasterWhat version of the plugin are you using? What CSS tweaks did you apply to it? What other changes did you make to your site since yesterday (when it stopped working)?
February 9, 2014 at 2:33 am #60729jungerMemberNo other changes were made. We are using 3.8.1 with Metro Child Theme. The CSS tweaks were to added to the thumbnails if you visit the link above. I added a black background color over the thumbnail with text that says view image. Those changes have been implemented on the site for quite a while though. When we first installed the plugin we had a similiar issue but it resolved itself after I deleted and re-added the albums back in and has been working ever since.
February 9, 2014 at 3:13 am #60730PeterMemberIt would be nice if we can take a look at your gallery page’s CSS code but the link you provided doesn’t work.
Can you please check your link again.
Also, you didn’t tell us the photo seller plugin version that you are using.
February 10, 2014 at 6:26 pm #60731jungerMemberSorry, try that link should be working now. There was a server issue over the weekend. I asked for an upgrade of the plugin and just got it installed and it seemed to have resolved the issue. I was previously running 1.6.1. Do you guys send emails out when there is an update to the plugin?
February 10, 2014 at 6:33 pm #60732wzpModeratorThis post will explain your upgrade question:

March 4, 2014 at 11:41 am #60733lmkestleMemberThe photo details page does not show, I get a 404 Page not found error. And the plugin did not seem to create a photo gallery page either. I had to add the code for the gallery to a test page I created. When using the Lightbox feature it works fine but not when I set it to open up a separate detail page.
I just purchased and there are no updates for the plugin. I am using the Karma theme and the only CSS change was with regard to design, not the photo pages. Here is the link to the website.

I have a test page called For Sale, located in top menu bar to the left.
Also tried deleting the plugin via FTP but all the setting were still there when I uploaded zip again.
Thanks for you help.

March 5, 2014 at 4:24 am #60734adminKeymasterYeah its missing a few or the required pages. I will take a look inside your site to see what is going wrong on your site. I have sent you an email.
April 16, 2014 at 8:54 pm #60735jeekaMemberI’m having exactly the same issue, and can not get the thumbs to link to the details page.
If i switch to the pop up version, this works fine, however clicking the image pops up a huge(larger than window) version of the image. Is there anyway this could be reduced to say 1200px or less. I know I could just upload smaller images but i need the higher res so the client can download it.
Thanks in advance
you can find a link here – as you notice clicking just reloads the url with out redirecting – [http://panther.directrouter.co.uk/~vicky/client-gallery/gallery1]

April 17, 2014 at 1:12 am #60736PeterMemberThe problem is that you appear to have deleted the “photogallery” page. This page will list all galleries in the system.
The link which lists all galleries should be like:
But you have:
Since the code relies on the “photogallery” page to be there it has failed to properly create the links to the photo_details page in each of the galley’s thumbnails.
Can please check the trash of your WP page menu to see if the “photogallery” page is there?
If it is, please restore it and then try viewing your gallery thumbs again.
If you still have issues then we can log into your site to correct these problems.
April 23, 2014 at 8:48 pm #60737jeekaMemberYes, you’re correct, thanks for this! Getting my head around it now…
November 24, 2015 at 1:13 pm #60738terrygillMemberI am having similar issues in that my gallery thumbnails when clicked are just going to a blank page? I only purchased the WP Photo Seller yesterday and everything seemed to be straight forward, until now – I tried first by setting a watermark but it just responded..in progress.. with no change after 30 mins. I removed the watermark option but with any change?
Thought this was the answer to my needs, so really hope this can be resolved.
November 24, 2015 at 1:31 pm #60739PeterMemberPlease provide a link to the gallery page so we can see it.
Also, can you enable debug from the photo seller settings page?
November 24, 2015 at 1:42 pm #60740terrygillMemberGallery Page Link takes you to the actual gallery at
[http://pawtraitsdogphotography.co.uk/photogallery/gallery3/]
Debug is now enabled.
Thanks!
November 24, 2015 at 9:17 pm #60741PeterMemberAfter looking at your page, the HTML source contains the following error:
<b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 14400 bytes) in <b>/home/xxxxxxx/www.pawtraitsdogphotography.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/models/WPSCommon.php</b> on line <b>2651</b><br />
The above means that you do not have enough memory to handle the photo processing tasks such as watermarking etc.
You will need to ask your host provider to increase the PHP memory_limit value to 128M or preferably 256M.
