MemberHi, In about 3 purchases out of 14 so far, there has been a problem with photo delivery. The buyer has not received the email from the site with the image links. They have received a correct itemized paypal invoice, but when I look at their purchase on the orders page of the plug in, it’s either not showing the images they purchased or it’s showing an incomplete list of what the purchased and the money doesn’t add up. See example –
Order Number: 7VB00016B69495216
Date: 9/11/2014 1:04 pm
Photo ID Variation Ordered Gallery Name Quantity Price Total
12845 IMG_5994 – Digital : Digital Negative (highest resolution)(2667×4000) Brisbane Open
2014 – Jump Kick 1 $10.00 $10.00
Subtotal $50.00
Tax $0.00
Shipping $0.00
Total $50.00
In this case, they purchased $50 worth of images, the orders page only listed one of the images, and no email from the site was received by them.
Regards, Greg

MemberCan you please install the latest fresh copy of the plugin?
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
Then enable debug as follows:
Go to the Settings menu and then to the Testing and Debugging section. Select “yes” for Enable Logging.
Leave the debug enabled and if/when the problem happens again please let us know so we can examine the logs produced.

MemberI’ve filled out the request form for a new plugin version. If I deactivate and delete the existing plugin – then install the new version, will it re-register the existing galleries automatically?

Yes – all existing galleries and data will remain.

Memberargh… I did the plugin update to 1.7.9 – It installed ok, but the 3 new galleries I just uploaded before the plugin update won’t display any photo details pages when clicking on the thumbnails. It works in lightbox mode, but the details page mode seems to not be building any preview images or displaying the shopping cart options.
The details pages are working on the albums I uploaded a few days ago.
Thoughts?

MemberI made another test gallery – the problem seems to be related to updating the details page links after I moved the page that the gallery function created to the main site tree to use a page template

MemberOK, I had to uninstall 1.7.9 – The Photo details page was broken, but only with large galleries. With a small test gallery it worked fine, with a 150 image gallery it wouldn’t display the image or cart (on a fresh gallery upload). When I reverted the plugin to 1.7.7, the photo details page started working again. With the 1.7.9, the older galleries built on 1.7.7 continued to operate normally.
