I moved my site over to a different server and changed the domain name. The images from wp photo seller are not showing up:
[http://pics.teamdance.com/photoalbums/]
I inspected the element and it looks like its the correct link to the path, its just not showing
April 12, 2014 at 3:15 am #62212adminKeymasterDid you also move the actual image files to the correct folder? For example, if you log in via FTP, do you see an image in the following folder with that same name?
..wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/3/MG_9636-150x150.jpg
August 23, 2014 at 10:05 pm #62213nsmith1180MemberI also have this issue. It also affects galleries created after I assigned a domain and renamed the root of the site in the WordPress control panel.
August 24, 2014 at 1:21 am #62214PeterMemberCan you please provide a link where images are not displaying?
September 30, 2014 at 2:39 pm #62215shortkutMemberI also have the same problem. If I inspect the element of an image, the path looks correct but doesn’t seem to work. If I put the image link location in the address bar it seems to redirect it or something.
I have checked the images actually exist on the server and they do.
Here’s the link:

Any help would be great. Thanks!
October 1, 2014 at 1:41 am #62216PeterMemberWhat happens when you create a new gallery – do the images show up?
Also, since you moved domains, does the security .htaccess file in the uploads/wp_photo_seller directory contain your new domain name?
If not, do the following:
– FTP to your server and go to the uploads/wp_photo_seller directory
– Delete the .htaccess file
– From the WP admin panel deactivate the photo seller plugin
– Then reactivate the plugin.
Doing the above steps will create a new .htaccess file in the uploads/wp_photo_seller directory with the correct domain name.

Thank you for the reply.
I should have mentioned that, I did try making a new gallery but images still didn’t show up.
Sorry, I forgot to check what domain was in the .htaccess file before deleting it. But the solution of deleting the .htaccess file and reactivating the plugin worked perfectly.
For me at least, this is resolved. Many Thanks!
October 24, 2014 at 7:03 am #62218ruddygoodMemberAny resolution to this problem? I have experienced the same thing when I put a domain live.
Really need help on this – website has just gone live and looks terrible as most images aren’t there
See this link for an example: [http://www.shootingphotography.co.uk/clay-shooting-photography/ejchurchill-fitasc/]
Not sure if the dns changes will have progated for everyone though atm.
October 24, 2014 at 7:10 am #62219ruddygoodMemberSorry should have added I cannot follow the steps suggested as I get an error everytime I try to deactivate the plugin:
License key deactivation failed!
License key could not be deactivated.
October 24, 2014 at 8:12 am #62220ruddygoodMemberOK – so I just edited the htaccess and that works
April 9, 2015 at 1:37 pm #62221wreedMemberI am having this same issue but I created my site in wp directory, then moved it to the root folder…everything is working but this plugin. I have the issue that is above, and deleted the file and recreated it by reactivating the plugin, no dice…my thumbnails keep going to my wp directory, where is it getting this variable/path from?
April 9, 2015 at 10:46 pm #62222PeterMemberHi,
Please provide a link to the page with broken thumbnails so we can see the html source code.

Peter basically I moved the site out of the WP directory and now the links for just gallery page have broken image links (they have wp in the directory still)…..yet the photo details works.
April 10, 2015 at 3:45 am #62224PeterMemberWhat is the value of the “ABSPATH” global in your wp-config.php?
April 10, 2015 at 11:26 am #62225wreedMember/** Absolute path to the WordPress directory. */
if ( !defined(‘ABSPATH’) )
define(‘ABSPATH’, dirname(__FILE__) . ‘/’);
/** Sets up WordPress vars and included files. */
require_once(ABSPATH . ‘wp-settings.php’);
