Is the new version of PhotoSeller incompatible with NextGen?

As far as I know there’s nothing in our code which would be incompatible with nextgen plugin. We also have not made any changes to the download functionality.

But conversely maybe you could ask a similar question:

“Is nextgen incompatible with other plugins which have file download functionality?”

Have you asked nextgen?

Do you have the latest version of nextgen plugin?

When the empty file problem occurred, my version of NextGen was outdated. As my host provider was troubleshooting he suggested I disable, then update, the reactivate all applicable plugins. Now all plugins are up to date. Still have the empty file problem unless I disable NextGen. I haven’t contacted NextGen yet. But I will.

Yes – please ask them because it would be good to know why the nextgen plugin causes this issue so maybe we can also try to figure out a solution.
