WP Photo Seller – Fatal Error in Gallery

Hi All

I have successfully made a gallery and find the tool very good but unfortunately when you click the thumbnail image the following is displayed:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagettfbbox() in /home/navsarc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/models/WPSCommon.php on line 2205

Also when you click add to cart the same is displayed.

What am i doing wrong, can anyone help?

You will get this error if your server’s PHP installation is missing one or both of the GD library and the FreeType library.

Ask your hosting provider if they can assist you with this by installing these libraries.

My hosting provider has checked and says all is in order.

What next?

Ask your host provider specifically if they have “gd” library enabled?

I am pretty sure they don’t have it enabled on your server.

What version of the plugin are you using?

Also, can you please try setting the “Watermark Text Placement” dropdown box in your gallery settings to “Repeated Grid” and see if this works?

We have made progress but now the proceed to payment part will not work.

The ‘View Cart’ button that appears having already clicked add to cart does not work. It returns to the original screen of the image, making users think that they need to add it again. However the view cart button in the drop down menu on store does work.

When examining your view cart button in firebug I noticed that for some reason your site is setting “href” to blank. Meaning that the plugin was unable to determine the cart page.

Did you modify any of original pages which were automatically created by the plugin?

We may need to get access to your site to investigate more closely.

I was having some broken link issues with this plugin and after trying many fixit options I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled PhotoSeller. Now I am trying to use it again, but when I click on a gallery image or click the Add to Cart button, I get an error message. I looked at my Pages and I see that the standard PhotoSeller pages are missing (Photo Details, Shopping Cart, Thank you…). I thought that the reinstallation of the plugin would have loaded those pages. How do I get those page back into my website? Thx!

In wordpress go to your trash for the pages section and delete all the pages permanently. Then deactivate and reactivate the plugin and the new pages will be created again.
