wp photo seller exclude from gallery, show gallery on a different page

can i exclude a gallery from the gallery page and only have it showing on another page as an album ? thanks. i have galleries with images for sale but also shoot private events i want to show on a seperate page on my site and not in gallery

Hi,

No currently you can’t exclude a gallery from displaying its representative thumbnail in the gallery “home” page.

You can however password protect that gallery so that general visitors will not be able to see any of the contents of that gallery.

In the meantime we will look at adding a new feature which allows inclusion/exclusion of galleries in the main home gallery page.

Yes. There is a checkbox in the gallery settings page.

Thanks for the reply Peter. Sorry but I really can’t see it. Where exactly? Or do I need to be on a version later than 2.0.7?

Grab the latest version and then edit one of your galleries and scroll right to the end and you’ll see a checkbox called “Hide This Gallery On Front End”
