WP Photo Seller – email not sent to Buyer after order

Hi! I have read many posts here, but missed/not found a complete solution for my problem. A few similar, but no perfect match so I thought I should ask:

I am debugging a sale and it stops when theBuyer should get his/hers notification mail from my site. Paypal notifications works fine, the buyer get automatically transferred back to my site and I get mail from the site. Neither do I get updates into the sales statistics. I include a part of the log that might be interesting. Can you guide pls?

My site is: dignephoto.com and I have a test download which has the password of “test”

Buyer email successfully sent to:

Email from address used was: MYMAILADDRESSREPLACED

Buyer notification email sending failed from the server.

The buyer’s email address is missing somehow which is why the email sending to the buyer failed.

Can you please post a link to your site so I can inspect a few things and read the full log file (to see all the data that was sent from PayPal).

Hi! Some more info – when I use the test-mode with paypal sandbox, then it works. Maybe that can help the troubleshoot.

I think your main PayPal account doesn’t have the UTF-8 formatting setup. Please do the following for your main PayPal account then do a test:
