I just realise from our customers that the download link after purchase not working on mobile apps browser. It only shows the encryption text instead of photo/image
When you say “mobile apps browser,” are you referring to a mobile version of a web browser (like Chrome), or are you talking about an actual “app,” that comtains its own browser?
Are we to understand, the problem does not exist on the desktop, or with other “real” browsers?
I have a Samsung phone and I would like to try downloading one of your links.
Can you please create a download link using the Photo Seller Admin functions menu and post it here?

Hi,
The issue is actually not with mobile browsers but appears to be something on your server because that image cannot be downloaded even with desktop browser, ie, it comes back as 0 bytes.

@edzel — What iPhone model and iOS version are you using?
I hope the bugs on when after purchased if they used smartphone apps browser to download the image is not working and crashing.

The link below is working well on my PC browser only in my mobile phone didn’t works
When I tried downloading that photo on my desktop I got a file which was 0 bytes. This means that the issue is probably on your server and not the type of device used.
Have you verified that the download link you provided works on your desktop? Did you try and open the file which was downloaded?
