Hi,
I have the option checked but I can’t figure out how to make it work. I still get the standard checkout. I’m confused reading the documentation actually.
Is there anything special to do for it to work ? Can I use it with a buy now link ?
Some help would be great,
Thanks
January 16, 2017 at 12:26 am #74929wpCommerceModeratorHi, Did you install the latest version of the payment gateway bundle addon?
Do you have the Stripe Basic option enabled in the settings? You can use it with a Buy Now button/link:
Please provide a link to the page in question so I can take a look.
January 16, 2017 at 12:32 am #74930MauxEtMotsMemberHi thanks for your answer,
Yes, unless I’m really mistaken everything is up to date.
2.2.0 for gateway
7.4.2 for estore
9.1.0 for emember
5.1.5 for extra shortcodes
I’ve setup a test page here: [https://hypnoscient.fr/test-stripe/]
It always redirects to the collect-details page and I don’t understand why.
I would love to avoid the collect details page at all, even though it seems that for stripe subscriptions it’s mandatory.
Thanks for your help,
January 16, 2017 at 1:19 am #74931wpCommerceModeratorThanks. It looks like you have our normal Stripe checkout enabled in the setting and you are automatically redirecting the user to the checkout page (This redirection comes from the “Automatic redirection to checkout page” option in the eStore settings). That’s what’s causing this issue. Please use our gateway specific Buy Now link instead (see the link above for instructions). For example:

January 16, 2017 at 7:40 am #74932MauxEtMotsMemberHi,
When I disabled the normal Stripe checkout and leave only the Basic Stripe Checkout, I have a red message saying I have no payment gateway enabled and every payment sends back an error.
When using the kind of link you provided I get a google error message even though the google checkout is not checked.
Thanks

January 26, 2017 at 11:42 am #74934MauxEtMotsMemberHi,
I’ve upgraded the plugins to the lastest versions. It seems I had conflicts between files when I modified some files for languages. That’s REALLY annoying to have to edit the core files to translate some texts in the Gateway Bundle plugin.
Now it’s working but I have this message displaying :
“It looks like there is an issue with your payment gateway bundle settings configuration. Please take a look at this documentation to fix this issue.”
But everything seems to work fine ?
January 26, 2017 at 11:55 am #74935MauxEtMotsMemberThe error messages disappears when I uncheck “Use stripe basic method”
January 27, 2017 at 12:59 am #74936wpCommerceModeratorHi, Do you have the “Use Multiple Payment Gateways” option enabled in the eStore payment gateway settings? How many payment gateway have you enabled?
February 5, 2017 at 8:49 am #74937MauxEtMotsMemberHi,
No I don’t I only use stripe. I’ve tried both check and unchecked.
February 6, 2017 at 4:49 am #74938wpCommerceModeratorIt would probably be better if we take a closer look at your site. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
