WP Payment Gateway Bundle Plugin – Subscription options for Verotel

Hi,

I am working for a client who is using Verotel as her payment gateway system. She has the WP estore, WP emember, and the WP Payment Gateway Bundle plugins all installed. She is wanting to be able to have a monthly-charged subscription members plan offered.

In the process of trying to figure out how to add a subscription button that would work with Verotel (of the sort offered using a tag such as [wp_eStore_subscribe_fancy id=##) , I read in a post that “add to cart” type options would have to be used for subscriptions using non-PayPal gateways. So when I used the add to cart tag instead, it worked by producing a Verotel button that would add the subscription item to the cart.

This would have been at least a workable solution, but then I read that Verotel was one of several gateways that would not work with recurring subscription payments. Is this absolutely not possible to do at all? I know Verotel provides a way to handle monthly subscriptions through their own system, but their membership management for that option is incompatible with the estore/emember system.

Here is what I am hoping for: A way to produce a subscription button that works like it does with PayPal, where it can bypass the cart and allow the direct link to Verotel. I am hoping there is some way to do this that might be new and I haven’t found a post on it yet. In the absence of that, and any other way to make it work, how difficult might it be for a programmer (me) to develop the code to make it work?

Hi, The payment gateway bundle addon does not have Verotel subscription at the moment. This is explained on our sales page of this addon:

We do have plans to add verotel subscription option in this gateway bundle addon. The lack of documentation on Verotel’s site regarding their subscription payment integration is not helping. If you are a Verotel customer then we would appreciate it if you could ask them about their subscription payment integration documentation.
