Hi, on my test site, I’ve been having trouble with PDT Verification Failed message for the past week. I used to receive verification email from PayPal (Sandbox), both buyer and seller. Now I am unable to receive either. I’ve done independent test emails and they work fine, but just not with the eStore/PayPal purchases. I have made sure my Return URL and PDT Identity Token is correct. I can see from withing the eStore plugin that the transactions have been verified and links have been created for downloadable products .
I am using Chameleon theme by Elegant Themes if that’s any help.
Here is my Site Diagnostics info:
WP eStore Version: 6.9.9
WP Version: 3.7.1
WPMU: No
MySQL Version: 5.1.72
WP Table Prefix: wp_
PHP Version: 5.4.21
Session Save Path: /tmp
WP URL: [http://wordpress.calvaryrecordsms.com]
Server Name: wordpress.calvaryrecordsms.com
Cookie Domain: wordpress.calvaryrecordsms.com
CURL Library Present: Yes
Debug File Write Permissions: Writable
Debug File Link:

Please let me know if I need to supply any further info and many thanks for your help.

November 11, 2013 at 11:01 pm #58862wpCommerceModerator@gnick600, Can I take a look at the
Return URL
for your PDT configuration? It might even be a bug since you are doing the transaction in sandbox. I would recommend you to create a new merchant account and try another transaction.

… And in the meantime, I’ll be trying to create a new merchant account.
Thanks for your help!

PayPal sandbox testing usually always fails due to a sandbox account setup issue.
