Hi,
I bought the WP estore plugin and the Collect Customer Input AddOn. Having installed both and set up a test product I attempted a few live purchases, whilst the purchases went through on the PayPal end, the eStore did not log any purchases or send any confirmation emails. I went through your forums and discovered that the problem might be IPN not being enabled in PayPal so I have enabled it. It still did not work until Word Press alerted me of a fatal error caused by the Collect Customer Input AddOn, at which point I could not access my site at all and needed to go in recovery mode. I then deleted the Customer Input AddOn and tried purchases again and they seem to be acknowledged by the eStore and confirmation emails sent. I have reinstalled the Customer Input Addon and it does not work as before, please see the page below:
If you attempt to purchase the product, whilst a payment is taken, no confirmation of the purchase is acknowledged in the ‘Manage Customers’ tab of your plugin or any confirmation emails sent, let alone the specific customer input details.
So, the problem seems to be the Addon (incidentally Word Press highlighted: …wp-content/plugins/estore-collect-customer-input-in-cart/estore-cci-addon-menu.php on line 9).
I appreciate that whilst the Collect Customer Input AddOn is called ‘an addon’ I am installing it, as per your instructions, like a plugin.
I am using WordPress 6.0.1 running the TwentySeventeen theme.

- Deactivate and uninstall the addon, and run a test. Then examine the log file(s), to ensure everything is working as expected.
- Download a fresh copy of the addon, install it and activate it.
- Finally, run another test. Examine the debug log file(s) to see if any errors show up.

2) There is a chance that the IPN feature in your PayPal account is disabled so your PayPal account is not sending payment notifications to our plugin. The following post has info on how to check and keep the IPN feature enabled in your PayPal account:
- Please enable the debug logs.
