WP eMembers User Bulk Import

Hi there,

I’ve been trying to upload members by following the instructions on this page: https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-membership/bulk-member-data-importer-addon-853

However my uploads are failing. I even tried uploading your sample csv file, but that also fails. The error pop-up says “No user found”.

Please load a fresh new copy of the emember plugin using the following:

Does it work better after that?

Sorry for the slow response. My client put the project on hold for awhile.

I installed the fresh copy but I’m getting the same error.

I will take a look inside your site. I have sent an email for it.

Update:

I just downloaded the sample CSV file and uploaded the file using the importer addon. It upladed and imported the member records fine. So I don’t see any issue with the process. Maybe the CSV file you edited has errors in it? I will check your CSV file.

If you are editing the CSV file in apple mac, then save as ‘Windows Comma Separated’ CSV.
