WP e-Store Links Not Working for Download

I purchased the e-store plug-in a while back, and am having trouble with the encrypted links not working. I am having to manually email customers their ebooks, which is obviously inconvenient and not good customer service!

I’ve tried tweaking my settings, but nothing helps. What do you recommend? This really needs to be fixed right away!

1. Have you gone through the following checklist?

2. Do the buyers receive their links?

3. What values are you using for the download counter and link duration?

4. Have you tried enabling the eStore debug logs and then examining the download_manager_debug.log file for possible problems?

5. What is the specific issue that is occurring and how reproducible is it?

6. Have you tried loading a fresh copy of the plugin?
