WP Affiliates – Woocommerce Integration Problems – Tracking Clicks but Not Sales

Hi, I’m experiencing a similar issue as explained above by other users:

Using Woocommerce 2.16 (latest) and WP Affiliate 5.7.8 (latest)

Paypal transaction commissions work fine but Woocommerce transactions do not get assigned commissions (only clicks are tracked, not sales).

Tried enabling a and disabling the “Enable 3rd Party Cart Integration” option on WP Affiliate plugin but no change.

Here’s a copy of the contents of the debug file(below). As you can see, only the Paypla transaction paid commission. Something strange I noticed was that not all the Woocommerce transactions seem to appear on the debug file as I did many more than these:

[04/07/2014 9:38 AM] – SUCCESS :WooCommerce Affiliate integration – Order processed… checking if affiliate commission need to be awarded.

[04/07/2014 9:38 AM] – SUCCESS :WooCommerce Affiliate integration – Order status: pending

[04/07/2014 9:38 AM] – SUCCESS :WooCommerce Affiliate integration – Order status for this transaction is not in a ‘completed’ or ‘processing’ state. Commission will not be awarded at this stage.

[04/07/2014 9:38 AM] – SUCCESS :Commission for this transaciton will be awarded when you set the order status to completed.

Please advise.

The following debug line is the key:

Commission for this transaciton will be awarded when you set the order status to completed.

The commission is awarded when the transaction status is set to complete. Are you setting the order status to complete for those checkouts?

Hi There

we are using woocommerce with WP Affiliate. WP Affiliate is tracking clicks but not sales even when the sale status is changed to completed.

I can provide login details for this ti be looked at.

First do the following:

https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins

Then enable the debug option in the affiliate plugin.

Do an affiliate referred test transaction after that and let me know how it goes.
