MemberStrange thing here. I have WP Affiliate, WP eStore and WP Member all installed and working fine. All are the latest versions and I’m running them on an updated WordPress site.
I went to uninstall an unrelated plugin ACURAX SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGET PLUGIN
It uninstalled fine, but it then kicked up error messages saying there was a problem with WP Affiliate.
Here’s the messages:
Warning: include_once(affiliates/lang/eng.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/aiqer555/public_html/superchangeyourlife.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/wp_affiliate_platform1.php on line 29
I then hit Reload / Refresh and the error messages all go away and the Acurax plugin has been reactivated and WP Affiliate works.
Do you have idea how I can get rid of those error messages? I find it strange that deactivating an unrelated plugin causes error messages in yours.
Please help.
Thank you.

KeymasterHi Stanley, Deleting or deactivating another plugin should never impact our plugin the way you have explained above. It is likely somehow you have delete some files from the affiliate plugin (the error message is pointing out that it is missing a file).
Anyway, reloading a fresh copy of the affiliate plugin will correct this. Do the following and you should be good:

MemberWill doing this cause me to lose any of my settings or any of the affiliates already entered into the system?

MemberI think the problem was that I changed the URL of the Affiliate Directory previously. When I did that, I took the original Affiliates directory and renamed it Affiliates.bak
The system was apparently looking for the English language file in that directory and couldn’t find it because I had renamed the directory.
I renamed that directory to remove the .bak extension. The error messages went away.

KeymasterGlad to hear that you sorted it out.
