WP affiliate – sales from different URLs do not get tracked

I have products on different urls like

[bestrawfoodrecipes.com]

[http://raising-healthy-children.com/]

WP affiliate plugin and WP Estore Plugin however are installed on my domain name, which is

[http://www.therawfoodfamily.com/]

It seems like sales made on different URL´s like the 2 ones above get not tracked for my affiliates…

Any ideas in regards to this?

That doesn’t look like a standard WordPress installation practice. A standard practice is to install each plugin on each of your WordPress installation (just like you install any other WordPress plugin). What sort of setup do you have for this? Are you using any of the advanced setup mentioned in these posts?
