WP Affiliate Platform Plugin – Loopback and REST API Site Health issues

On a woocommerce site, using WP Affiliate Platform plugin Version 6.0.1 when running Site Health check I am getting the following issues and I think this is causing other issues of slowness on my site.

Loopback problem:

[] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

Rest API:

ERROR: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10003 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

Any idea what this issue is? I noticed this thread which is scant on details, https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/the-rest-api-request-failed-due-to-an-error
